Most car rental software was designed two decades ago, then awkwardly ported to the cloud. It charges per vehicle. It treats mobile as an afterthought. And it leaves the hardest parts of running a rental business — risk screening, ticket processing, damage disputes — exactly where they always were: in your hands, on a Friday afternoon.

Rentbee was built because that gap stopped making sense. Modern rental businesses run on phones, on tablets in service bays, and at curbs across multiple locations — not at a single back-office desktop. They handle insurance replacement, long-term corporate leasing, and retail rentals from the same operation. They need AI that helps without making the kind of decisions that end up in headlines.

We built Rentbee to be that platform: flat-fee subscription tiers that scale with your fleet, unlimited users and locations, mobile-first apps with full feature parity, built-in damage inspection, and Buzz AI — an AI agent that drafts every action and waits for you to confirm before anything is saved.
